Straightforward answers
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch anytime from your account settings. If you move from monthly to yearly, the remaining balance of your current period is credited toward the annual price.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
If you don't add a payment method, your vault stays read-only — you can still access and export everything, but new input is paused. Nothing is deleted. When you subscribe, everything picks up where you left off.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
It's the same product, on commercial terms that fit your organisation: a signed data processing agreement, custom contract language (IP, liability, SLAs), invoice billing, and a direct line for procurement and security review. Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're unhappy within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no justification required.
