Growth Marketing Lead

Remote within the EU · Full-time · Reports to founder

The product, in one paragraph

Attachée is a chat-first relationship memory. Users type or dictate what happened (a lunch, a call, a passing remark), and the system extracts People, Facts, Preferences, Commitments, and Interactions into an encrypted personal knowledge graph. Every fact carries a source, a confidence level, and a sensitivity tier. Before a meeting, Attachée surfaces a briefing; after one, the record updates. The vault is zero-knowledge: we can't read what users write, by architectural decision, not by promise.

That's the product. The marketing challenge is translating that clarity, which is genuine, into ad creative that lands in a feed next to a SaaS demo and a bootcamp ad. Not easy. Interesting.

What you'll own

  • Own paid acquisition on LinkedIn. Creative, targeting, buying, reporting, end to end. We believe our ICP lives there. Your first job is proving or disproving that.
  • Translate the product's actual vocabulary into ad copy. Attachée doesn't have 'leads', 'contacts', or 'deals'. It has People, Facts, Commitments, Sensitivity tiers, Vaults. The marketing has to respect that.
  • Test the angles. 'Walk into every meeting prepared' versus 'the apology letter to everyone you forgot about' versus 'zero-knowledge by architecture'. We don't know which lands hardest, and finding out is the work.
  • Fill the invite queue. Pre-launch, the metric isn't signups. It's the quality and density of the waitlist. Fewer, better-fit beta users beats a bigger list every time.
  • Shape positioning alongside the founders. Site copy, launch comms, partner messaging. Not 'brief a copywriter'. Write.
  • Grow the surface as we do. Once paid is working: lifecycle, events, thought leadership, partnerships. All open canvases.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years running LinkedIn Ads end-to-end. B2C or B2B, either works. You've seen what lands in the feed and what doesn't, and you can write the creative yourself.
  • A second channel you're dangerous in: Google, Meta, newsletter sponsorships, events, content. You don't have to be a specialist in everything. You do have to ship.
  • Comfortable marketing a product whose primitives aren't 'leads' and whose differentiator is restraint. If 'we don't train on your data' reads as a marketing constraint rather than a gift, this probably isn't the right seat.
  • Taste. The site you're reading is the tone we want preserved: quiet, specific, honest. Bring examples of your work in this register.
  • You write. Not approve, not direct. Draft. If the copy in this listing annoys you stylistically, you'll fix it faster than we could.
  • Nice to have: experience marketing to founders, advisors, investors, consultants, clinicians. People with dense networks and real sensitivity concerns.

What you get

  • Full-time, remote within the EU. We'll sort equipment and a European benefits setup.
  • Compensation is competitive. Specifics when we talk: a real conversation, not a spread to chase.
  • A small team, candid communication, and a product where marketing is a first-class discipline, not an afterthought.
  • Early means freedom. Real decisions, not recommendations. You pick the channels, write the creative, set the positioning. Operate with a founder's scope and a founder's mindset: no committee between you and the test you want to run.

How to apply

Email careers@meetattachee.com with your CV and a link or two to work you're proud of. If one of those links is a LinkedIn campaign (creative, targeting notes, a result you can talk honestly about), you'll jump the queue.

No cover letter required. We'll reply either way, usually within a week.
